Trust and Estates Attorney Of Counsel

Our firm is seeking a contractual relationship with an attorney to be Of Counsel. We often have divorce and family law clients who need the services of a Trust and Estate lawyer. We are looking for someone with at least five years of Trust and Estates work in Colorado with the energy and desire to be part of a larger growing team.

Immigration Attorney

Our firm is seeking either a part-time or full-time immigration attorney. Spanish speaking preferred, but not required. We current have family law and criminal law clients whose legal needs touch on or are connected with immigration issues. We feel this would be a great opportunity for an attorney to grow their practice and grow with a thriving group. We are looking for someone with two years of actual immigration practice, a team player, and someone who has the desire to be successful in their practice.

Family Law Attorney

Legal Administrative Assistant – Family Law Fort Collins Location

We are looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Fort Collins team. We are currently located on Linden Street in the Spaces building however, effective August 1, 2019 we will be located at 4745 Boardwalk Drive, Building D Suite C.

Training will take place in Greenwood Village at our Headquarter Office, lodging will be provided during the training process. This position will train along side our talented team legal assistant/paralegal team and client relations team.

Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

· Greeting Clients

· Maintaining Office Cleanliness

· Answering Phones

· Scheduling

· Creating Data Files

· Drafting Pleadings and Correspondence

· E-Filing Pleadings with the Court

· Requesting Certified Copies from the Court

· Compiling Financial Disclosures

· Closing Client Files

· Legal Research

· Copying/Scanning

· General Administrative Tasks
